Number Puzzle Game

This is a single-player puzzle game played on a 5x5 grid. You must place numbers in ascending order (1, 2, 3...) following specific set of  simple rules. Your goal is to fill the grid with numbers from 1 to 25.

Game Rules

1. Starting Move:
   • Start the game by placing number 1 anywhere on the grid.
2. Valid Moves: From the last placed number, the next number must be placed either:
   • Two squares over horizontally or
   • Two squares over vertically or
   • One square over diagonally.
3. Solved game:
   • Successfully fill the entire grid with numbers in ascending order from 1 to 25.
4. Unsolved game:
   • Game ends when no more valid moves are possible.
   • Will often occur before the grid is completely filled.
