Gameplay
This is my version of the famous Lights Out puzzle game. While the original game from 1995 featured a 5x5 grid of buttons with lights, I've created a solitaire version using playing cards.
The goal of this puzzle is simple: turn all the playing cards face down. The catch is that when you turn one card face up or face down, all four adjacent cards will also turn. This means you have to think several moves ahead to plan your strategy.
Solvable Puzzles
This version of the game offers two types of puzzles: "random" and "solvable." Random puzzles are not guaranteed to be solvable, but if you select "solvable," the puzzle is generated in a way that ensures it can be solved. In this mode, there is a goal that represents the number of moves used to generate the puzzle. Most of the time, this isn't the lowest possible number of moves to solve that puzzle, but it's a target you should aim to beat or at least match.
When you solve the puzzle, you have the option to generate a new puzzle, retry the same puzzle again, or return to the title screen.
Enjoy the "Cards Out" solitaire!
